Return Policy

Any unopened products in resalable condition may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges, within 30 days of original date of purchase. A receipt is required on all returns. Bedard reserves the right to refuse the return of products that are determined to be non-sellable and charge a restocking fee, up to 25%, on certain items including but not limited to lift chairs, hospital beds, patient lifts, and special orders. Certain special ordered items are non-returnable or refundable.

Prescription medication is non-returnable. No exceptions can be made.

For health reasons and due to state law, certain opened and/or unopened products are not able to be returned. Examples of these products are wigs, bathroom-related items, pillows, cushions, underwear, and any oral or sterile products.
